Our 2 bedroom apartments are all situated in the same block in the Jardins. The block is about 40 years old.  However, our apartments are completely refurbished.  Our famous architects took down walls, created new bathrooms, completely re-wired and re-plumbed,  re-plastered and just started from scratch to create quality, new, bright open spaces  to live in.  These apartments were only completed in July 2009, so everything is fresh and new.

Ranging between 79 and 80 m2, with views over tree lined roads, our extended stay apartments offer significantly more space at far less cost than typical São Paulo hotels.
